About The Role
The Systems Analyst is responsible for gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs and requirements to identify opportunities for improving business operations and processes. The role involves liaising with stakeholders to understand the organization’s structure, policies, and operations, and recommending solutions that help achieve organizational goals.
The Systems Analyst also prepares the documentation and analysis required to deliver digital products and experiences, including user stories, while working collaboratively using agile and lean methodologies. In addition, the role plays a critical part throughout the software delivery lifecycle, from functional specification and development to testing.
