Job Description
Consult with internal staffs and suppliers to define the problems, objectives, and computing requirements. Manage the development and integration of new systems. Create test plans, perform quality assurance, and validate the results. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and run scheduled updates. Create system guidelines, user manuals, and technical documents. Conduct end-user training classes and workshops. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities to translate technical terms for business users and business requirements for developers. Preparing cost benefits and analysis reports for upgradesExceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to effectively translate 'tech-speak' into business terms and vice-versa. Reduce operational downtime by addressing persistent technical problems and offering Level 1/Level 2 support. Perform regular checks to ensure servers, hardware, and key processes remain operational and secure.
