Reporting to Projects & Continuous Improvement Manager, the role plays an integral role in Finance Division in ensuring projects align with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap.
Responsibilities Responsible for hardware and software setup assisting with installation / deployment of laptops, printers and other IT equipment including resolving issues encountered by users. Point of contact between IT Departments of the company and the Business Divisions Responsible for supporting and co-ordinating IT-related administrative matters of the Division, including but not limited to: User Account Management, Regular reviews on user access and controls, and Annual DR Exercises Initiate, support and monitor systems and continuous improvement projects for the Division and ensure it aligns with company-wide continuous improvement initiatives and Finance Division roadmap Coordinate digitalisation projects through process simplification, in...
