Job Description
We are looking for a System Controller (SYSCON) to be part of one or more teams in Management, Co-ordination, administration and maintenance troubleshooting of IT, IT Security and OEM Telecommunications systems.
Responsibilities- Perform daily duty on system monitoring
- Perform incident management and elevate incidents to lvl 2 maintenance team
- Perform weekly EndPoint protection updates
- Perform end user administration of Windows AD, RSA and 2FA token
- Perform Certificate renewal and administration for serves and end users
- Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection
- Monitoring and check on physical health status of servers and data center
- Minimum at least a Diploma in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in IT Administration (Recommended)
