Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Integrate hardware and software to create a system that performs well according to the Bank's needs.
- Manage documentation of technical guidelines and implementation within the scope of the system engineer.
- Conduct PoCs and deploy them to the production environment.
- Periodically patch and update the Bank's IT system.
- Ensure the Bank's IT system runs properly in accordance with the SLA.
- Ensure the Bank's IT system is secure in accordance with the agreement with IT Security.
- Follow up on user complaints and provide solutions at the IT system level.
- Participate in monitoring and capacity planning of the IT system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or Informatics Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Systems Engineer.
