Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager (Technical Services) and receiving guidance from the Director, Enterprise Application and Digital Transformation, Information Technology Services (ITS), the Systems Administrator is responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems across a multi‑platform enterprise environment, including servers, operating systems, authentication systems, storage, backups, and network connectivity supporting university‑wide applications and services.
The incumbent also administers enterprise ancillary systems that support campus operational processes, including the campus card and access management platform, ensuring reliable service, secure integrations, and lifecycle stewardship.
