You’re not satisfied with vague requirements. You ask the follow-up question, map the workflow, and make sure the delivery team has exactly what they need before a line of code is written. When documentation doesn’t exist, you create it. When system behaviour is unclear, you dig until it isn’t.
Optiom’s Execution Office is building out the analytical capability that sits between our business operations and technical delivery teams. As we manage a growing application landscape — multiple platforms, legacy integrations, evolving business processes — the demand for clear system documentation, accurate requirements, and current-state analysis has become a strategic priority.
The Systems Analyst works closely alongside the Technical Integrations Manager to analyze applications, workflows, and cross-system dependencies, and partners with the Delivery Operations Analyst to ensure work items are complete, accurate, and ready for execution. T...
