Job Description

2+ years of business systems experience including system requirements, systems help desk, systems training, business process design or technical documentation.
Fluency in English
Ability to analyze business operations and design automated solutions
Strong human‑relations, communication, planning, and organizational skills
Ability to present and communicate effectively with management stakeholders
Ability to collaborate with system users and technical development teams
Ability to create, read, and interpret system documentation
SQL skills and data analytics experience considered a plus
Strong problem‑solving skills in process automation
Demonstrated business impact from prior work

Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline.
