Job Description
- Respond to applicant inquiries and provide updates throughout the hiring process
- Conduct initial screenings based on job qualifications
- Prepare and organize recruitment documents, reports, and trackers
- Support hiring events, career fairs, and campus recruitment activities
- Update and maintain applicant databases and recruitment dashboards
- Process pre-employment requirements and assist with onboarding tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using recruitment tools or ATS
- Customer service–oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
