As a Talent Acquisition Associate you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates to fill job openings in depending on which focus Team you will be assigned.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine and calibrate staffing needs including the criteria and job description of the positions.
• Conducting end to end recruitment which includes:
• Posting of job ads to various job posting platforms.
• Sourcing and screening of resumes/cv.
• Administering interviews to create shortlist of qualified candidates.
• Endorsing qualified candidates to hiring managers for interview.
• Monitoring and following up of the interview process and status.
• Administering appropriate company assessments, reference and background checks.
