Job Description
As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, hiring, and retaining the world‑class talent that powers Showpad’s growth. We are looking for a thoughtful, data‑driven leader who will elevate our recruiting capabilities on a global scale — someone equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to deliver results.
This role leads a team of 3 direct reports and requires deep expertise in Go-to-Market (GTM) recruitment and the SaaS talent landscape. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our organization.
