- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with at least 2–4 years in a leadership role.
- Experience hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and modern recruitment tools/platforms.
- Strong expertise in talent sourcing strategies and hiring methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proven leadership and people management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume and specialized hiring simultaneously.
