  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, with at least 2–4 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS and modern recruitment tools/platforms.


  • Strong expertise in talent sourcing strategies and hiring methodologies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proven leadership and people management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume and specialized hiring simultaneously.
