About the job: Oversee a team of recruitment professionals in a call center environment and manage daily tasks such as screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ensure that our company attracts, hires, and retains top talent while also developing a strong talent pipeline. Responsibilities: Coordinate the Talent Acquisition teams collaboration with Marketing, Training, Operations, and other internal teams to plan Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. Provide insights and well documented recruiting reports to the team ad organization Preferred qualifications: Proficiency in various recruitment strategies and techniques.
