The Talent AcquisitionSpecialist supports AAK’s growth by managing end-to-end recruitment processes
and building strong talent pipelines across multiple functions and levels. The
role drives continuous improvement in recruitment operations and vendor management
to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring across regions. Key responsibilities
include candidate sourcing and screening, employee selection, contract
management, and blue-collar recruitment. The role also leverages ATS systems
and requires strong planning, decision-making, negotiation, and communication
skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders while maintaining
accurate recruitment information.
