We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Talent Acquisition Team Lead to support and elevate our Talent Acquisition (TA) function. This role blends hands‑on recruitment (approximately 75%) with team leadership and strategic contribution. You will lead full‑cycle recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles while guiding a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, partnering closely with business leaders, and contributing to the evolution of our TA strategy, tools, and processes.
