Talent & Leadership Development Specialist

Role Purpose

Support the Head of Talent & Leadership Development in planning, executing, and continuously improving Talent Management and Leadership Development initiatives to strengthen leadership bench strength and support the Bank’s sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps for Talent Management and Leadership Development, ensuring alignment with the Bank’s business strategy and overall HR direction.
2. Lead the execution of the Bank’s Talent Management processes, including:

• Facilitating high-quality talent calibration processes
• Ensuring succession planning aligns with organizational needs
• Designing and monitoring effective development plans to enable successful succession
• Implementing leadership and soft skills development programs for identified talents
