- Assist the Regional Talent team in the planning, management, and execution of talent recruitment and development programs
- Brainstorm and contribute innovative ideas to develop new initiatives and improve existing programs
- Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of talent recruitment and development program‑related updates to relevant stakeholders
- Assist with system improvement projects for the Graduate Development Program, including the development and maintenance of a mini career site, applicant tracking system (ATS), and candidate data reporting
- Assist with various HR and administrative tasks as needed
- Currently pursuing or enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree
