Talent Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to support recruitment activities. This role is exclusively for fresh graduates who are passionate about starting their career in HR and talent acquisition .

Responsibilities:

• Source and screen candidates using online platforms
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Support recruitment and HR administrative tasks
• Ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate of Human Resource Development Management, Psychology, or related courses
• Good communication skills
• Willing to work 100% onsite in BGC
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and willing to learn
