Talkdesk Program Lead: Strategy, Governance & Delivery

SupportFinity™ is looking for a Support Officer to report directly to the Business Management Division Head. This role involves liaising between various Business Units and the offshore vendor, ensuring seamless communication and effective project implementation.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree, along with 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations or project coordination, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. Relevant exposure to contact center systems like Talkdesk is a plus.
