Tax Accountant

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented US Tax Accountant with at least 3 years in managing all aspects of U.S. Sales, Use Tax or any other Tax in the US. The ideal candidate will be proficient in tax preparation, filing, reconciliation, and audit support, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full compliance with evolving tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• With hands-on experience in maintaining tax systems (ex. SAP, Oracle, Vertex, Avalara).
• Solid understanding of tax laws, forms, publications, and basic tax planning principles.
• Skilled in analyzing financial data to identify key tax components and reconcile discrepancies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for managing tax-related spreadsheets, documentation, and presentations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
