Tax Enquiry Support Specialist

Duration: 3 months
Location: Novena
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

• Handle inbound calls and assist taxpayers with general tax-related enquiries
• Provide accurate information based on established policies and guidelines
• Guide callers on tax filing procedures and available online services

• Minimum GCE A-Level or Diploma qualification
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, service-oriented and comfortable speaking with members of the public
