TAX LAWYER / NOTARY

Responsibilities

Reporting to the partner in charge of the Business Law Department, the tax lawyer or notary is responsible for taking charge of files and executing the mandates entrusted to them. They manage several files at the same time while respecting agreed‑upon deadlines and providing personalized, quality service to each client. In compliance with the firm's internal policies and ethical obligations, they manage their files, report to the partner upon request, collaborate with other professionals, delegate certain tasks to technicians and legal assistants, and supervise and legally review their work. They also actively engage in business development and participate in client recruitment and outreach activities for the firm.

Experience and Qualifications

• Member of the Bar or the Chamber of Notaries
• 5 to 10 years of experience
• DESS or master's degree in taxation
