We are looking for caring, patient, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team at our specialist school supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC).
This is a rewarding opportunity to help students develop confidence, communication skills, independence, and a love for learning in a supportive and nurturing environment.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students in the classroom and during activities
- Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to support individual learning needs
- Encourage social development, emotional wellbeing, and independence
- Build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
