Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistants to work across primary and secondary schools in Lincoln, including within our valued partnership with the Our Lady of Lourdes Multi‑Academy Trust (MAT).
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning and development, with a particular focus on Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will work with students of varying ages and abilities, helping them to thrive both academically and personally.
