1:1 Teaching Assistant – SEMH Support NW5 Primary School | September 2026 | Full Time | Term Time Only Children flourish when they feel safe. We're seeking an exceptional Teaching Assistant to support a Key Stage 2 pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This child needs an adult who can offer warmth without becoming overprotective, structure without being rigid and encouragement without lowering expectations. Some mornings will begin with reassurance. Others will begin with laughter. Every day will require patience, emotional intelligence and the ability to build trust through consistency. You'll become the reliable adult who helps this pupil feel ready to learn, navigate friendships and believe in themselves again.
