As a Team Head (IBG) you’ll be responsible for the assigned unit's attainment of business goals including revenue generation and account management, maintenance of portfolio credit quality and supervision of manpower resources of the unit.

Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management

• Ensures solid and continuing relationship with the clients and direct communication with key client decision makers;
• Understands clients' operations and markets through regular client contact, plan visits on local and global industry developments;
• Manages a portfolio sub-set of credit worthy accounts that can influence volume, usage pricing and profitability as/when needed
