Team Lead Devops

DexCare is looking for a Team Lead, Site Reliability Infrastructure to lead a squad of SRE engineers while remaining hands-on with our cloud-native platform. This role combines deep technical proficiency in AWS, EKS, Terraform, and observability with the leadership skills to keep a team aligned, informed, and continuously improving. You will partner closely with the Infrastructure Manager and a peer Team Lead to ensure seamless communication, effective daily passdowns, and consistent delivery.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to shape how our infrastructure team operates — setting the cadence for daily handoffs, mentoring engineers, driving blameless postmortems, and owning reliability outcomes for mission-critical services. You lead from the front without being a bottleneck.
