Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: Trains Associates on processes, sets up and monitors production tables to obtain established production/quality targets, and maintains compliance of systems, processes, and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Sets-up production tables with required processes and tools
· Provides and documents training for associates on production table processes and related work instructions
· Monitors reworks to ensure that they are all performed as written
· Assures established production targets are met
· Performs quality audits
· Reviews, resolves and reports quality and process related issues to immediate Supervisor
· Reads and understands Authorized Revisions (A/Rs) and wire harness drawings
· Reviews production table data collected and verifies for accuracy
· Recommends process improvements to management
· Assists management in meeting corporate and departmental goals and objectives
