MISSION
Accomplish the established production and quality goals for the assembly line assigned.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
Check attendance of operators. Train new operators. Assign operators based on their versatility. Attend pre-shift meeting and verify the conditions of the line from the previous shift. Ensure set-up approval of the line and respond to any problems with it. Collect and communicate to operators the daily production schedule. Ensure operators comply with safety policies. Work as operator if required due to absenteeism. Monitor production results every hour, resolving or reporting any issues detected. Ensure appropriate administration and use of materials.
