As a Team Leader , you will play a key frontline leadership role, supporting the Section Leader and Director of Operations in driving team engagement, workload balance, wellbeing, and performance. You will help create a connected, inclusive, and supportive environment where individuals can thrive, deliver excellent client outcomes, and grow their careers. This leadership role typically comprises 20–25% of your day‑to‑day responsibilities and contributes to Jacobs’ purpose of creating a more connected, sustainable world.
