JBS Lease Administration
Reporting to: Manager - Lease Administration
Direct Reports: Financial Management Team Members
Key Stakeholders: Account managers, Hub Leads, Clients and their teams
Responsibilities
Do you work independently while managing teams and multiple stakeholders? We can offer you an exciting leadership role where you can use this passion to enhance your skills and deliver consistent and qualitative Lease Administration services for JLL Clients. You will manage the portfolio to meet the clients KPI’s under the contract, ensure all lease data is abstracted and approved in the systems, and monitor critical dates to ensure all lease events are actioned in accordance with the Lease and service levels agreed with the client. You will be accountable to manage the rental costs for our clients, and ensuring these gets paid in accordance with the Lease agreement.
