Searching for a senior PHP - Tech Lead

Insurtech startup with revenues of over half a million, with a software that has more than 12 years in the insurance market.
¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Develop and maintain PHP-based back-end systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features.
Optimize system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the development roadmap.
Be part in AI projects we are currently implementing.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in PHP.
Significant experience with the CakePHP framework is a plus.
Experience with PostgreSql.
