Responsibilities:
- Prepare operating rooms with necessary equipment and supplies for complex surgical cases.
- Assist surgeons and surgical teams during procedures, ensuring adherence to sterile techniques.
- Manage patient safety and sterile environment throughout surgeries.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth OR operations and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and supplies used.
- Comply with hospital protocols, including dress code and scrub colors.
