About This Opportunity
As a Tech Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting Ecommerce operations team in aggressive Agile environments and delivering high production support.
Responsibilities
- Monitor, investigate, and resolve production issues and incidents in a timely manner.
- Analyze application and database performance; Able to write SQL queries and troubleshoot SQL code and database queries.
- Perform root cause analysis and provide suggestions for long-term fixes for recurring issues.
- Work closely with developers, DBAs, and QA teams to deploy application updates and patches to production environment.
- Document production release and submit changes for approval in service now.
- Create and maintain scripts for automation for server reboots, server /service restarts.
