You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across a wide range of roles, including Software Engineers, Software Architects, Devops Engineers, Product Managers, Product Designers, and Data Engineers... Beyond execution, you will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, helping define hiring needs, refine role scopes, and elevate our overall talent strategy.
