Service Operationalization Lead

Responsible for managing the service capability delivery – implementation and roll out of new or enhanced core telco services and associated operational support processes; supporting the B2B Business Group to operationalize the new or enhanced services on different Globe network platforms: enterprise data, broadband, wireless.

The scope of Service Operationalization Lead includes the following:

  • Bridging the different technical domains to create end-to-end support structure
  • Crafting process maps that link business and technical scope
  • Ratifying technical PPMs
  • Enabling technical support teams with guidelines and enablement programs to deliver and provide support seamlessly: Technical Presales, Service Design and Engineering, Service Provisioning, Service Fulfillment, Aftersales Support, Service Assurance
  • Creating reports and project dashboards to update Management (Business and Technical)...
