As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from their suite of products. On a daily basis, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide system guidance, and support end users across financial, operational, and property management systems. You will also play a key role in software implementations, configurations, and ongoing system optimisation.

This is a highly consultative role where you will partner closely with clients to understand their operational needs, recommend tailored solutions, and drive best practice usage of the platform. You will take full ownership of client cases end-to-end, working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional outcomes and continuously improve client experience.
