We are seeking a highly motivated The Director of Technical provides executive-level leadership and strategic oversight for all technical evaluations related to the acquisition, leasing, transition, and disposition of aircraft, engines, and material packages. This role serves as the senior technical authority for asset transactions, ensuring technical integrity, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation across the company’s asset portfolio.
The Director leads and governs aircraft and engine transition activities by establishing standards, policies, and oversight mechanisms for detailed technical audits and evaluations prior to technical acceptance.
