Analyze product failures to identify root causes and recommend corrective and preventive actionsPrepare detailed failure analysis and reliability reportsMaintain and update reliability control databases documenting product success and failure historyApply statistical methods (e.g., linear regression, standard deviation) to assess compliance with reliability performance requirementsParticipate in design reviews for new products and evaluate proposed design changes impacting product baseline dataPrepare reliability sections of technical proposals, including manpower estimates and schedulesReview preliminary reports, waivers, deviations, and engineering change proposals to ensure compliance with contractual and reliability requirementsQualifications and Certifications:
