Oversee the complete lifecycle of technical changes-from initiation to closure. 
Conduct risk and impact assessments for infrastructure and security-related changes. 
Chair Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment. 
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, Cloud, Security, Application, and DevOps teams. 
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and internal governance standards. 
Plan and coordinate change windows to minimize business disruption.
