About the Role
The Technical Program Coordinator acts as a central operational and communication partner across Engineering, QA, and Product teams. This role focuses on proactively managing production-related issues, maintaining Jira ticket hygiene, and improving workflows and handoffs across the SDLC. The position requires strong technical understanding and coordination skills, but no hands-on coding.

What You’ll Do
 • Serve as the point person for production and high‑priority technical issues.
 • Review, prioritize, and manage approximately 50 Jira tickets per week, ensuring accuracy, ownership, and timely movement.
 • Coordinate across Engineering, QA, and Product to route issues to the correct teams.
 • Act as an additional operational layer supporting teams in a Scrum‑like environment.
