Overview

Technical Support Specialist – Pelvic Health Operating Unit. Provide clinical support, training, and customer education for the InterStim sacral neuromodulation technology across the defined sales district.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality clinical support for sacral neuromodulation procedures in theatre, outpatient, and other relevant clinical settings.
• Partner with Urology, Colorectal, and broader hospital teams to ensure procedures are delivered to a high standard and with operational efficiency.
• Serve as a clinical knowledge resource, support the sales team and customers, and troubleshoot clinical and technical issues.
• Plan, develop, and deliver clinical and technical training programs and educational materials for employees and customers in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
