We are looking for passionate team players to start as soon as possible as Technical Customer Support Specialist * (temporary contract - one year)

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Support customers in product selections, cross referencing and in case of product release and phase out
• Use Cross-Selling potentials
• Support sales in technical issues
• Advise customers on the phone (technical and commercial) and as an operator on Live Chat
• Perform application tests and document the results
