Our client, an extruded plastic products manufacturer,, is looking for an Inside Sales Representative.
Manage all customer communication - quotes, orders, and updates - rapidly;Proactively follow up on open quotes to drive sales and ensure no missed opportunities;Handle difficult conversations and complaints to find win-win solutions;Maintain careful records and follow internal workflows for quoting and data entry;Be the liaison between the customer and production/logistics to guarantee on-time delivery;Build long-term relationship of trust through reliability and consistent follow-through.
