  The role is key to Clyde Training Solutions to develop HSEQ based training programmes. Such programmes will include banksman/ slinging and rigging based courses, which require industry expertise and experience. The role will be of a consultative and development nature, however periodic teaching of HSEQ related courses/modules will be required.  
 
   Key Responsibilities    
 Design and deliver appropriate and cost-effective assessment, training and development solutions as directed to meet industry and legislative standards.
 Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for the development and analysis of existing and developmental training materials
 Support the Survival department when required to teach HSEQ aspects of current training portfolios.
 Consult with clients on new courses (if required)
