Job Description
Job Summary
Perform training of field service associates, customers, and service partners on all Vertiv's Thermal management solutions. Responsible for preparing, conducting, and evaluating technical training programs. Write literature and materials to be used in training programs and design exercises to enhance lectures. Conduct classes regarding safety, installation, programming, maintenance, and repair of software, machinery, and equipment.
Key Duties &Responsibilities
- Deliver high-profile, high-impact service training programs delivered in multiple modes – instructor-led and virtual workshops, train-the-trainer, on-the-job, self-paced online courses and videos, and technical solution lab exercises in line with the Global Academy instructions and guidelines.
- Work with Academy Team from Global Training on training structure, learning objectives and training contents.
