Job Description

Role Overview The Technical Lead (Java) will lead backend teams, ensure architecture quality, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. 
Key Responsibilities Lead backend Java development and architecture. 
Mentor junior developers and ensure coding standards. 
Collaborate with product, frontend, QA, and DevOps teams. 
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking. 
Troubleshoot complex backend issues and optimise performance. 
Maintain documentation and best practices. 
Requirements 8+ years experience in Java backend development. 
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs. 
Leadership and team mentoring experience. 
Familiarity with Agile, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.
