Technical Manager Fitout

The Technical Manager Fit-Out is responsible for technical leadership, design coordination, and of interior fit-out projects, ensuring all drawings, specifications, materials, and details are coordinated, compliant, and build-able within project constraints. Design & Technical Management Manage and coordinate shop drawings, design development, and technical submissions for fitout works. Review architectural, ID, MEP, and specialist drawings to ensure coordination and construct-ability. Ensure compliance with contract requirements, authority regulations, codes, and consultant standards. Lead design coordination meetings and resolve technical clashes. Shop Drawings & Submittals Oversee preparation and review of shop drawings, material submittals, samples, mock-ups, and prototypes. Ensure timely approvals in line with project schedules.
