The Technical Product Owner (TPO ) serves as the executional bridge between product intent (what) and engineering delivery (how). Operating at the intersection of Product, Systems Engineering, Architecture, Program Management, UX, and Engineering, the TPO translates strategy into dependable, high-quality releases that scale.
