Job Description
• Collaborates with sponsors, stakeholders, and technology resources across the enterprise to manage and prioritize product
backlog.
• Determines and tracks utilization of engineering capacity.
• Authors User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Leads User Story Refinement.
• Accepts User Story delivery based on Acceptance Criteria.
• Sprint Planning: Determines what Stories are in a Sprint and what Engineering/QA should work on.
• Sprint Execution: Including all Agile Scrum ceremonies: daily standups, release planning, sprint reviews/demos,
retrospectives, etc.
• Produces and maintains regular Sprint metrics and Initiative reporting.
• Creates relevant documentation to communicate Sprint, roadmap, and release updates to stakeholders.
• Utilizes data to analyze, identify, and explain complex issues with product delivery.
